Industrial Visit
The Department of Biochemistry conducts industrial visits to provide practical skills and a clear insight into a biochemist's role across industries — pharmaceuticals, medical biomaterials, diagnostics, food and beverages, dairy, mushroom farming, recombinant DNA technology, stem cell technology, plant tissue culture and bioinformatics. These visits give first-hand information about industrial production, quality control, safety measures and work ethics, helping students connect theoretical concepts with real working environments.
