Food Production
The Food Production department comprises an Advanced kitchen, Indian, Continental, Chinese and Banquet kitchens, soup section, Larder, pantry section, Pastry section, baking & confectionary section, and vegetable section. Practical-oriented sessions are available to students with all the advanced kitchen equipment. A real chef is made through gradual embellishment.
Food and Beverage
It can be part of a large hotel or tourism business, or run as an independent business. The Food and Beverage department is responsible for maintaining the high quality of food and service, food costing, and managing the restaurant, bar, etc. Students are trained to the fullest in a real restaurant environment.
Front Office Department
In other words called the face of the house, it is one of the many departments of the hotel business which directly interacts with customers when they first arrive at the hotel. The staff of this department is very visible to guests. Students are groomed here to gain the same exposure before stepping into the industry.
Accommodation Operation
Also known as the backbone of the industry, this operational department is responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, and the aesthetic upkeep of rooms, public areas, back areas and surroundings. Students are geared up to the core to shine in the respective industry.
